We were on our way to visit Boston and stopped at Chef Jiang for a quick bite. My whole family was very pleasantly surprised by both the quality, as well as the service of this restaurant. We were surprised to find such a high-quality Chinese restaurant in the middle of CT. The food arrived quickly (literally within 5 mins of ordering) with pleasant presentation and wonderful taste. Service on a Sunday was attentive and frequent. I am certainly coming back here in the future. BRAVO!

What a place! Nice clean decor and the food were amazing. They have dishes that you don't find in the typical Chinese restaurant, and they do it all so well! We ordered 5 dishes and they were all 5 stars! Can't wait to bring people over

I went here for our Anniversary with my boyfriend. I wanted to go to an authentic Chinese restaurant and I was not disappointed. The food is very flavorful, we enjoyed the taste of every thing we ordered. Soup dumplings, red chili wontons, cumin lamb, pepper ribs, and lotus root pork rib soup. Also the apple Sake is very smooth and was so easy to drink we had to order at least two. Staff is very welcoming a friendly and the decor is so nice. We will definitely be back and telling family and friends how great this restaurant is. Definitely a must try!

Chef Jiang is consistently fantastic. The service is wonderful and the food is incredible! Nothing on the menu is a bad choice. We get the Handmade Xiaolongbao, Dumplings in Hot Chili Oil, and Hot Plate Mongolian Beef all the time.
